Next Day Service
For the vast majority of repairs, our standard service is next day! You can bring the console in anytime during the opening hours, and it will be repaired and ready for collection the following day. You are welcome to leave the console with us for longer if that suits your schedule. We keep all common parts in stock at all times, and if your repair requires a rare part, then we may need to order it in (this takes between 3 days and 2 weeks). Payment is made by cash or card when you collect the console.
Same Day Service
If you need same-day console repair, we provide an expedited service for an additional fee. For repairs completed by the end of the day, an extra charge applies, and for a 90-minute repair, there is an additional fee. These services operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is accepted in cash or by card upon collecting the console, no upfront payment is required during drop-off.
